I highly recommend Steven Foonberg to anyone looking for an exceptional realtor. Steve helped me to find and navigate through the potentially overwhelming process of buying a new home. He made the whole experience smooth and seemingly easy from my end; although I know he was working non-stop on his end! The home I purchased had all of my non-negotiable features, plus all of my wish list, and more; while staying within my budget. Steve’s keen negotiation skills, knowledge of real estate, and hard work ethic closed the deal on my new home. There were multiple offers on the house, however, I truly believe if I did not have Steve as my realtor it would not be my home. He always put my best interests first and gave me sound advice every step of the way. I was always impressed with how attentive to details and the foresight that he displayed. He was able to determine potential issues and be proactive so that items didn’t turn into issues. Additionally, he was always very quick to respond to all of my calls and emails. Every day I fall more in love with my new home. I could not be happier with my purchase and I have Steve to thank for it! If/when I ever buy another home Steve will be my first phone call.
